Standing at the desk all day is no joke. It’s definitely going to take some adjustment, but I did get a bunch done today on the Tamale House project. Not so much on RTD NOW or the WSO. No matter – slow and steady wins the race, and I will get them done.

Starting next week, I will devote at least one hour each night to the WSO – the last hour before bed. It’s the least I can do to start moving forward instead of doing the same thing over and over.

Tomorrow morning, I will get a new client; I just know it. Alfredo will be a good candidate for lead generation at $250 a month. That should cover a new VA which I will start recruiting tomorrow after I close the deal.

So, almost disaster turned into a great appointment. I’m not sure how I forgot to record the appointment, or how I remembered the appointment, but it worked out.

No progress on RTD or Tamale House – tomorrow is another day for tying up these loose ends and collecting the funds due to me for these two projects. And then, it’s work, work work to get three major demos done in three weeks. But soooo worth it for the pay day. Over $10,000 in new business this month, and it’s only the 3rd!

Need to remember to take pictures of all of the checks for the WSO as well…

Feeling good about my new standing desk in my tiny office. I really think it’s going to be the catalyst for not only more rapid fat loss, but more productivity at work in general.

I’m really feeling it though – neck and back are not super happy, but I am hoping it had more to do with how long I was standing today vs. normal and not just standing in general.

So – no progress on cleaning up old stuff, RTD and Tamale House are next on the chopping block – and I want to start the process of generating the WSO tomorrow as well.

So, it’s Labor day, the last day of summer, and I’m really looking forward to getting some work done in the mornings.

I made a huge mistake when I decided to watch the boys at home this summer, even though I didn’t see how we were going to pay for the daycare.

That limited my thinking, and my work, so that my income was limited as well.

So, tomorrow will be a fresh start for me to hit the ground running. I would like to finish up a couple of projects (RTD, Tamale House) and get paid for them, and then get busy on the WSO and new web design projects.

All from the newly installed standing desk, that is.
